These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments, charges and refunds work for purchases made at hat1st.com. Hat1st offers made-to-order art-printed Desk Mats to customers in the United States and eligible international destinations.

1. Accepted payment methods

Hat1st accepts PayPal and eligible credit/debit cards through secure payment methods offered at checkout. Availability of a particular payment option may vary by location or payment provider. Follow the checkout instructions for your selected method.

Check the actual payment options displayed at checkout before placing an order. Do not email us payment-card numbers or passwords.

2. Prices, currency and taxes

All product prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Product prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown for review before the customer confirms payment. If your payment method or funding source uses another currency, the payment provider or your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion fees. Those rates and fees are set by the payment provider, not by Hat1st.

3. Shipping charges

US Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD per applicable shipping group for eligible Desk Mats.

International Shipping: $19.99 USD per applicable shipping group for eligible destinations, including Canada.

Items fulfilled in different shipping groups may incur combined charges; the full shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Expedited shipping is not offered. See our Shipping Policy for destinations and estimated delivery times.

4. Payment authorization and order confirmation

An order can be processed only after the relevant payment is successfully completed or authorized through the checkout. If a payment fails or is declined, please try another available checkout payment method or contact us for help. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not mean the order has been produced or shipped.

For US orders, our products are made to order. Estimated processing takes 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 4–8 business days in transit (estimated total 6–13 business days). These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International production and transit estimates vary by destination and fulfillment partner. See our Shipping Policy for details. Any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be charged separately by customs authorities or carriers.

5. Cancellations and order changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is possible before production begins but is not guaranteed once production has started. Address changes and product modifications also cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch starts. We will explain any proposed additional charge and ask for your approval before proceeding. 6. Returns and refunds

Eligible non-personalized Desk Mats may be returned if requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Personalized products are excluded from change-of-mind returns, but defective, damaged or incorrect items remain eligible for a remedy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, including the PayPal transaction where applicable, within 10 business days after approval or the required return review. PayPal or the linked financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit. We do not require customers to accept store credit instead of an approved original-method refund.

7. Unexpected charges and payment questions

If you notice an unfamiliar or incorrect charge, please contact support@hat1st.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We can investigate your order with the relevant payment provider. This does not limit your rights under PayPal's terms or applicable consumer protection laws.
