These terms apply to your use of Hat1st at hat1st.com and purchases made through this store. Hat1st is hosted on Shopify.
Hat1st sells print-on-demand Desk Mats to customers in the United States and eligible international destinations. Products are made to order rather than held as finished warehouse stock. Desk Mat orders are fulfilled through a manual print-on-demand ordering workflow.
Products and descriptions
Hat1st offers art-printed Desk Mats. Product images include digital mockups, which are visual references rather than photographs of verified production samples. Colors and the actual printed output may differ slightly from displayed images. Please review the relevant product page before ordering. Contact Hat1st before purchase if you need more details about materials, measurements or customization.
Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in US dollars. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Product charges, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. We do not ask for payment-card information through our contact form or email.
Order acceptance
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order request; it does not by itself confirm dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the affected item. We will not substitute a different product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
US Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD per applicable shipping group. International Shipping: $19.99 USD per applicable shipping group for eligible destinations. Availability and final charges are shown at checkout. Items fulfilled in separate shipment groups may have combined shipping charges; the total is shown before payment. Expedited shipping is not offered.
For US orders, estimated production and processing time is 2–5 business days before dispatch, followed by an estimated 4–8 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 6–13 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; holidays, production volume and carrier delays may extend them.
International order processing and transit estimates vary by destination and provider; see the Shipping Policy for current guidance. Customs fees or import taxes not collected at checkout may apply to international deliveries.
Please review our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing. We will communicate material changes or delays rather than making unsupported delivery guarantees.
Intellectual property
Store branding, artwork, text, and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may browse and use the store for personal shopping; you may not reproduce or sell our designs without permission. Any customization you request must be content you are entitled to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders or unlawful content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Your statutory rights and protections under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
Updates and support
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Terms in force at the time of an accepted order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
