Hat1st respects the intellectual property rights of artists, designers, photographers, and other rights holders. We take good-faith copyright concerns about artwork, product images, and other content displayed on hat1st.com seriously.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for its owner and believe material on hat1st.com infringes that copyright, send a written notice to support@hat1st.com with the subject Copyright Infringement Notice.
Please include all of the following so that we can identify the material and evaluate your report:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, together with your relationship to the copyright owner.
- Identification or a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. Include an original source URL where available. For multiple works at one site, provide a representative list.
- The exact URL of each disputed page or product on hat1st.com and a description that lets us locate the allegedly infringing material.
- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
How we handle reports
Hat1st reviews copyright reports in good faith. We may ask for additional information and may remove or disable access to disputed material when appropriate under applicable law and Shopify's platform policies. A report alone does not establish infringement or guarantee a particular outcome.
Incorrect reports and disputes
Please provide accurate information. Knowingly false or misleading copyright claims may have legal consequences.
If you believe material was removed by mistake following a copyright notice handled by Shopify, follow Shopify's official counter-notification process. See Shopify's copyright reporting and counter-notification guidance for the current requirements.
