Hat1st products are made to order. You can check your order information using your confirmation email and the order status link included with your order.
Check your order
- Open your Hat1st order confirmation email and follow the order-status link.
- If you use a Shopify customer account, you can also view your orders in Your Account.
- Once a carrier tracking number is available, we share tracking details in the shipping notification. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
Need an update?
If you cannot find your order or tracking details, email support@hat1st.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send payment-card information.
Delivery estimates
Estimated processing is 2–5 business days before dispatch, followed by 4–8 business days in transit (estimated total 6–13 business days). These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
