Care

Spot clean with warm water and dish soap. A soft-bristled brush can help with stubborn spots. Avoid soaking the entire mat.

Desk mats are made to order. Processing is estimated at 2–5 business days, followed by 4–8 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

You may request a return of an eligible non-personalized desk mat within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us with your order number, a description and photos if available. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. The policy provides a replacement or refund for these cases and covers any required return shipping.

Contact support@hat1st.com or use the contact form before sending an item. We will provide authorization and the return destination. For eligible change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping; original shipping is not refundable and no restocking fee applies. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; your provider may take additional time.
